A warm welcome awaits you on arrival. From the moment you check-in to the time you check-out you will be looked after by us personally. The guest house has an Irish/South African influence as Maurice hails from Southern Ireland and Olga from South Africa.

We are situated within walking distance of the University of East Anglia and Norwich Research Park. The Norwich and Norfolk Hospital, Spire Hospital. The Royal Norwich Golf Club is situated only 2 miles from us. Norwich and Norfolk Show Grounds is only 12 mins by car.

A 20 minute walk will take you into the centre of Norwich with the region's largest shopping centre, theatre, cinemas and hundreds of restaurants and cafes.

If you wish to travel by bus or car we are approximately 5-10 mins away from the city centre. There is a regular bus service running past the guest house into the city centre.
